Graphulator is a numerical graphing calculator. Graphulator is unique for a numerical calculator in that the user is not restricted to entering functions (equations do not need to start with 'y=' or 'z='). Other graphing calculators use a 'Computational Arithmetic System' (CAS) to derive geometric shapes using known rules of geometry. Graphulator can return data 1/320 of the grid scale and greater, although it can miss functions or parts of functions 1/15 the grid scale. The user can adjust the accuracy and/or the grid scale including adjusting the width and height independently. The accuracy can be adjusted by using the accuracy switch in the bottem right corner of the keyboard face. The '3D' graphing calculator works in the same manner as the '2D' graphing calculator but for an extra variable 'Z'.
Order of Operations - BEDMAS
It is up to developers to decide the manner in which their device does math, and different devices are built different. For this device the BEDMAS rule applies and operators are left associative. (B - Brackets, anything within a bracket is calculated first which includes functions such as SinX but only SinX if an equation such as SinX2 is requested. E - Exponents are calculated second. DM - Division and Multiplication are calculated third. AS - Addition and Subtraction are calculated third. ALSO calculations are left associative so if calculating for example 1 - 3 + 7, Addition and Subtraction have equal priority, the operator on the left is calculated first, the result is 5, not -9.
